This is the bag that ignited my satchel making fascination.
Made for my wife, after she spotted the lovely rich red leather hide at the wholesalers and saying "that would make a good satchel"...
...a project was born!
I decided to put small end pockets on the bag to help differentiate it from the other satchels I had seen.
Empty side panels always seem a waste of an opportunity to me.
When open, the bag has a spacious interior as well as a front pocket for holding smaller items.
A close up of some of the detailing...unfortunately, I had not learned how to do the edges correctly when I finished this bag!
